US Supreme Court Justice Stephen Breyer will deliver the 2006 Clarendon Law Lecture over two days at the Oxford University Gulbenkian Lecture Theater on the evenings of October 19 and 20. The two-part lecture is entitled "Active Liberty: The United States and Europe."
