The Master of European Regulation of Network Industries (MERNI) course offered at the Center for European Integration Studies (ZEI) at the University of Bonn (Germany) is accepting applications from non-EU citizens until 15 May 2007 and from EU citizens until 1 June 2007. The course is offered in cooperation with the Center for Applied Legal Studies (ZAR) at the University of Karlsruhe (Germany). The program aims to train law, economics, engineering graduates and other professionals who plan work in network industries (electronic communications, energy, transport, water, and postal services).

Depending on the field of study in which the thesis was submitted, the title awarded will either be a Master of Laws (LL.M.) or a Master of Regulatory Affairs (MRA).
