New Corporate Law LL.M. Program at Warwick Law School
Inaugural program set to begin in SeptemberAug 22, 2007
The Warwick School of Law in Coventry, England will be commencing its International Corporate Governance and Financial Regulation LL.M. program in September. According to the law school, the new program "adopts a comparative perspective on corporate law and governance to look at the different ways in which different jurisdictions respond to similar economic and social pressures."
The course will cover corporate law in UK, US, and select European jurisdictions.
