New Protection of Biotechnological Inventions Class at MIPLC

New class added to curriculum beginning this year

Beginning this year, the Munich Intellectual Property Law Center (MIPLC) has added a new course - Protection of Biotechnological Inventions - to its LL.M. curriculum. The course will be taught by Professors Joseph Straus and Scott Kieff. 

According to the MIPLC website, the main focus of the new course will be the European and the US statutory law and practice, including special aspects of plant variety protection.
