York University (Osgoode) to Launch Business Law LL.M. in 2008

New program in Toronto designed for international students

Osgoode Hall Law School at York University in Toronto has announced it will be launching a new LL.M. in Business for International Students program in July 2008. The course is designed for graduates of accredited law schools outside of Canada with a solid proficiency in English. According to the Osgoode website, the new course will teach around 30 students "the ins and outs of business law in the United States, Canada, the European Union, China, India, Africa and other countries and regions that play a key role in the international economy."

The course also includes an advanced English-as-a-Second-Language (ESL) course for law and business.
