Bucerius To Offer First Summer Program in International Business Law
Four-week course in Hamburg open to students with two years of law studyJan 28, 2008
Bucerius Law School in Hamburg, Germany has announced it will hold its first Bucerius Summer Program in International Business Law this July and August. The intensive four-week program is taught entirely in English, and is open to all interested international and German students who have completed two years of law study.
According to the law school, the program “offers students a better understanding of the forces shaping international business law in order to meet the increasing requirements of companies and law firms in this field.” It includes several different courses, including Comparative Law, Law & Economics, International Mergers & Acquisitions, Alternative Dispute Resolution and Corporate Governance. The program is supported by international law firm, Linklaters.
The course runs from July 20 – August 16, 2008. Applications will be accepted until April 30, 2008.

Probably a good course for a price that is way to high. Instead of taking this class, you should consider to take the LL.M. in International Business, offered by the University of Aberdeen (distance learning), which costs about 4000 Euros but gives you a real degree, not just a summer course certificate...
