RGSL Announces Public Law and Human Rights LL.M. Scholarships

The Riga Graduate School of Law (RGSL) in Riga, Latvia has announced scholarships for an LL.M program with a specialization in Public International Law and Human Rights funded by the Open Society Institute.
The purpose of these scholarships is to support students who have demonstrated academic excellence in law or a comparable field of study and have a demonstrated commitment to work in the field of public law, human rights, or public service.
Scholarships are available to students from Russia, Byelorussia, Ukraine and South Eastern Europe, and Central Eurasia regions. The scholarships cover tuition and fees for the LL.M. program.
Scholarship applications are due June 9, 2008.

UPDATE (May 28): RGSL has also
announced more European Union-funded scholarships available for
students taking the European Law Master's course. University graduates

I was adopted as street child by an orphanage. i am now a final year LLB student at the Faculty of Law, of University of Ghana. I have written many books but recently published three of them namely: Understanding the Storms of Life, Overcoming the Storms of Life, and Love lifted me from the street. In the last book which is about 15o pages i share my story as a street child to encourage people in that same circummstance not to give up on life. I love advocacy, public law and general issues of human right and human development. I need a full scholarship to pursue an LLM and Possibly PHD in any UNIVERSITY IN THE WORLD. Please help me.
