Chicago's DePaul University to Start International Law LL.M. in January 2009

Three concentrations available: aviation, business, and human rights

DePaul University College of Law in Chicago has announced it will be beginning its new International Law LL.M. programs in January 2009. Students will be able to concentrate on one of three areas:

International Aviation Law & Policy
International Business, Commercial & Trade Law
Interational Human Rights Law & Policy

does this mean that foreign lawyers cannot apply?
