Europa-Institut To Offer New European Private Law Specialization

New specialization available to incoming 2009-10 LL.M. students

The Europa-Institut at the University of Saarland in Germany is introducing a new specialization in European Private Law for LL.M. students entering the class of 2009-10. The specialization will cover - among other topics - adaptation and differences contract and private law instruments among European Community member states. Related courses will be taught in German.

LL.M. students at the Europa-Institut can choose up to two areas of specialization, which will be displayed on their Master's certificates. The other available areas of specialization include European Media Law, Foreign Trade, European Management, European Protection of Human Rights, and European Economic Law.
