Nottingham Announces Public Procurement & Policy Distance Learning LL.M.
Part-time, distance learning program set to begin in September 2009Jan 7, 2009
The University of Nottingham School of Law has launched a new LL.M. programm in Public Procurement Law and Policy. The part-time, distance learning program will begin in September 2009.According to the law school, the new program is "designed, in particular, for policy makers, lawyers and contracting officers working in the public procurement field." The taught modules include Introduction to Public Procurement Regulation, Government Procurement in the WTO, EU Procurement Law, and UK Public Procurement Law.
