One-week, non-degree course to focus on WTO law and policy in October

Jul 4, 2006

The Institute of International Economic Law (IIEL) at Georgetown Law School in Washington D.C. will be offering a five-day, non-degree professional development program about the law and policy of the World Trade Organization (WTO). This intensive program -- entitled The IIEL Academy of WTO Law and Policy -- will run during the week of October 23-27, 2006.

According to the program's website, this IIEL course will focus on "the legal obligations and policy underpinnings of the WTO and its agreements, in the context of how the WTO operates and how it relates to national governments".

The course will be limited to 50 participants. Participants who register before September 8 will save $200 on tuition.
