Scholarships Available for Russians and East Europeans to Study in Riga

The Riga Graduate School of Law (RGSL) in Latvia has announced scholarships of 12,000 Euros each (6,000 for tuition; 6,000 for living and travel expenses) for eligible students from Russia, Belorussia, Ukraine, southeastern Europe, and Central Eurasia. The scholarships are intended to assist students who are interested in RGSL's Public International Law and Human Rights LL.M. program. The scholarships are funded by the Open Society Institute (OSI).
Applications are due on 31 October 2006 (Summer semester).
