But, hey, at least better than those already rejected.
Seems the clear cases were not that many, and it would be worth waiting.

If the clear cases are charaterized by few outstanding numbers and, as I heard of, the kind of applicants, say, students or gov&#39;t ppl, I believe the fact that you received completion notice earlier doesnt necessarily mean that your chances remote.
