Carla2000: SOAS - MSc Finance and Financial Law

Hi guys,

I´ve received my first offer letter! From SOAS - for the MSc Finance and Financial Law. I´ve also applied for LLMs at KCL, UCL, QM and LSE.

Does anyone know more about this SOAS course? What would appeal more for the job market? This MSc or the LLM?
BTW, I´m a brazilian lawyer, with 10 years experience in Capital Markets and 4 years law experience.

I also have another question: I´ve read you guys talking on "magic circles" law firms ... What are those?
Thx

I've just found out what "magic circle" firms are ... :) Sorry about my silly question! :)

But could anyone still give me some advice on the MSc Finance and Financial Law from SOAS ? Perhaps, how would this compare to an LLM?

Many thanks!
