On the other hand, I would recommend Stanford, Harvard, Berkeley, Columbia, NYU, George Washington, Duke, Cardozo, BU, Houston, and Franklin Pierce, probably in that order. Please notice however, that not all of the above are IP specific programs, and then again, it would all depend on the area of specialization you seek to pursue within IP Law. Good Luck!
