Given your upstream experience, both Houston and Denver appear to have a curriculum well-suited to further personal development in that area. Houston's is the more established of the two programs, but that should not deter you from considering Denver. Tulane's program does not appear to be as specialized within the energy area even though the program is titled Energy & Environment. Of course, Dundee has an excellent reputation and Calgary is no slacker. Good luck.
