<description>I did not compare pricing, but I do not see how you could go wrong with any of the programs that you mentioned.  Given your upstream experience, both Houston and Denver appear to have a curriculum well-suited to further personal development in that area.   Houston&#39;s is the more established of the two programs, but that should not deter you from considering Denver.  Tulane&#39;s program does not appear to be as specialized within the energy area even though the program is titled Energy &amp; Environment.   Of course, Dundee has an excellent reputation and Calgary is no slacker.  Good luck.</description>
