does the university offer any courses without research stream for LL.M program???as i cheaked out the site they said that they have all research based courses, no coursework format.is it true??

Is that a joke? York University has one of the best (or at least the biggest) law faculties in Canada - it is more widely known as "Osgoode Hall" and can be found at the following address: www.osgoode.yorku.ca/

Sorry guys - my mistake. I thought he has refering to York Univeristy in the UK. When I orignally saw the message it was displayed on the LLM home page and not whithin its provincial catergory.

Yes, that's right. By the way, have you seen the new program offered jointly by Osgoode and University Hamburg (www.llm-guide.com/university/658)

It's rather a program about European law, however, and you spend two trimester in Hamburg.
