I&#39;ve heard that it is much easier to get an offer if you don&#39;t apply for financial assistance. These schools receive so many files that they will always find brilliant people who are ready to pay the whole tuition.  

But didn&#39;t most schools make it clear in the application instructions that their admission and financial assistance decisions would be made SEPARATELY?</description>
