I talk about something more detail. May it help those who are still waiting. I got a email from Berkeley yesterday. It said that they put my name on the waiting list and asked me to reply if I will wait. That's all. I guess they review applicants country by country. They give admitted applicants two weeks to reply whether they will accept the offers. For the reason, I may receive the final decesion in a month. By the way, I am surprise about the size of LL.M. program at Berkeley. They accept 65 out of more than 600 applicants. 65 is not a big number and is not a small one. The size of LL.M is nearly equal to that at Penn Law(80). Good Luck to all who are still waiting.:)
