Hi, Nikolsa. Thank you. I saw that. However, they were discussing which rank to refer to or something like that. Shall we discuss the programs themselves? I prefer commercial law, so which school should I choose? Also, I was admitted to Northwestern.

Great, finally someone who is no US-News Junkie :)

I would choose Penn. Michigan currently has not many full time faculty members who are in commercial/corporate, at least when I checked their homepage during my application preparations. Penn is very business oriented, you may even take courses at Whartin Business School. From my point of view, they have an interesting faculty, especially if you are looking for professors who do some comparative research with respect to European law (e.g. Professor Rock, who is coauthor of a comparative study concerning corporate law with many very prominent scholars involved).
Furthermore, the program is not too big (around 80-90).
In addition, Penn is in a beautiful city and next to New York. Thus, you may also benefit from an interesting location. Ann Arbor is a bit far off (my personal view).

Regards,
Yps.

I would choose Ann Arbour.
It's maybe the most liberal town in the US. It's really a cool college town. The Law quad is fantastic, Harry potter style.

Moreover, you get to cheer for Michigan Football team!!! 120.000 people gather in one of North America' largest stadium to cheer for Michigan every week.

Detroit Metropolitan airport is really close by and Chigago is something like 3 hours and a half away.

Northwestern is excellent too, and it's in Chicago, my favourite city in America.
