I just received an email from Stanford requesting a 5-10 min interview to be conducted sometime between 8-11 AM on Tuesday morning (March 21). Anyone else also got the email?

Any idea whether they request phone interview with all applicants or only shortlisted candidates?

Only shortlisted. Normally, you should be in if you speak more or less fluently.
