Re: llm in hamline
I hate to tell you this but Hamline is a fourth-tier law school, meaning in the bottom 25% of the approximately 180 ABA accredited law schools in the United-States. I don’t think the school is known at all outside of Minnesota. If you can afford it, I would recommend you go elsewhere.Fri Mar 04, 2005 05:40 PM If you really like their program and if you have a sizeable scholarship, then it could be a worthwile option... but the stigma of a very poorly ranked school may hurt your career prospects. |

Hamline is a small, but fine school. I don't think that it is justified to call a degree earned at Hamline a "stigma". --

Re: llm in hamline
I like Hamline's homepage. It's a nice small school & seems that they are strong in international affairs. Maybe tuition ($27,000) is negotiable. Is there any alumni out there who knows more??
