should consider Sciences-Po Paris (Institut d'Etude Politique de Paris).
This prestigious elite school ("Grande Ecole"= French Ivy League) is located in the heart of Paris (Saint Germain des Près). Master degree in Law is top.

Sciences-Po is a fine institution, but it's not a law school, thus is not accredited to grant law degrees. (For an American analogy, Princeton is a fine institution, but it has no law school and cannot grant law degrees, however good its Ph.D. program may be in political theory or legal philosophy.)

I confirm. I hold Sciences Po's degree as well as law degrees, including a LLM.

Sciences Po Paris is considered as one of the most prestigious French schools (Grandes Ecoles). However, as far as law is concerned I would advise you to rather go to University, the most renowned universities being in Paris (La Sorbonne I, Assas II, Nanterre X or Sceaux XI).

Sciences Po Paris could be a good calculation for lawyers in one respect: it is the best (only?) way to become a judge or to end up in the top French Administration (Ecole Nationale d'Administration and Ecole Nationale de la Magistrature). It is indeed the best preparation school for these exams.

Seb
