Student Visa Status during Bar Exam
Hi all,Wed Mar 29, 2006 04:30 AM I am currently in the US as a F-1 student and I am planning to sit for the NY Bar Exam. However, the I-20 will expire in May after my LLM completion. Does anyone know what should I do in order to stay in the US until August for the Bar Exam? Many thanks. |

Just don't leave the country until after your exam.

What country are you from? If you are from a visa waiver country you can leave the US when you graduate and return on a 90 day tourist visa.
