They are a few schools which offer a summer program (I am not talking about an English course) to be prepared for the LLM.
I was wondering if you consider to do one or if you think it is just a way for schools to gain more money.
It would be nice to have the opinion of people from different schools. That way it would be possible to compare the different programs and it would be possible to give us an idea of the advantage to attend one of them.

LLM program is not one year program. It is about only eight months. An additional summer program may help someone who would like to get more US law knowledge. I am considering taking it.

HI, I think that such a summer program would at least be a good starter for a LLM. I've already enrolled in a summer program in London, organised by Boston University. This is their site : www.bu.edu/law/londonlaw/index.html .
Note that the application deadline is April 15!!

I'm considering doing the Georgetown-UCL one in London since I'd like to get some more courses in and I live in London and will be spending the summer at home anyway

Is it with Georgetown Law School? Besides their own program in Washington, I did not hear about something else.
