UCL or EMLE Program

Hello! I got into the UCL program for Banking and Finance and the EMLE (European Master in Law and Economics) program with University of Hamburg, Bologna, and Erasmus in Rotterdam as my shcool assignments for the three semesters. I am interested in banking and commercial law and am planning to return to my home country to work in our Central Bank. Would anyone have thoughts on which to choose? Thanks in advance!
