what about U. of Denver LLM - this is the oldest LLM in natural resources law in the US ? I think the LLM program has a good reputationm (even though it is not a top 10 university to do a JD)

You may also want to look into Vermont Law School's LLM, or George Washington (check out Prof. Reitze).
