With 7.5 in IELTS, 68% in bachelors, and ready condtional offers from the universities, still I'm not going anywhere. Just short of funds.. No scholarships available. Can you suggest any?

One form of support not mentioned on the LLMguide's funding list is the Palgrave directory of grants-it is available in most major public libraries and details lists of charities, endowed funds and grant sources.
Its not a one shot solution, you may have to make several application for £1K here and £2k there-but with some work you can find funding help.
