Hi people
I've received offers for LLM in International Trade Law from
UEA , Newcastle,Susex,Essex and I'am waiting for the result from Durham.I know that the best from my list is Durham but I'd like to tell u guys that I prefer UEA's course list. Which one is more important, reputation or course list? And are UEA and others good in law ?

all are good but let me say it this way :

best university Durham

best course UEA

best place Sussex(brighton)

nice place,good universtiy NewCastle

good university, fine place Essex(close to london might be an advantage)

now you should look at the 3 factors :

first you look at the university
second you look at the course
3rd you look at the place ( your spending a year of your life you want it to be a great experince of course)

hope that helped

Hi,
I'm studying in Durham right now. The city is great and so is the university. There are changes going on at the law department with many law prof's with a great reputation leaving.
Therefore it is not sure at all how the teaching quality will be, and the research ranking might drop.
Just a word of caution about Durham...
Good luck choosing!

Or try the University of Nottingham. Both private and public aspects of international trade law taught within its LLM in International Commercial Law, along with various other areas of commercial law.
