a.Which is the best among these?
b.How are the job market for International Students?

<description>I would also include Berkeley, and Harvard in the US.

However, if you want to come to Canada and spend 1/3 of what you would spend in the States, without any shortcoming in what you will learn, I would add University of Ottawa&#39;s Law and Technology Program very high in the pool. 

I am finishing my Master in here and in October will begin a DPhil in the UK (Oxon) - so you can see there is not any problem with the international recognition of your degree either.

The program is really, really hot!
