I think some of the best schools in IP law include George Washington, Boston, Stanford and I have another one in UK in mind which i can find out and get back to you on.

Which ones did you have in mind?

Hi,

The University of Edinburgh, School of Law is accepting applications for the LL.M Innovation, Technology and the Law via distance learning (online, part-time or full-time) which covers IT Law, Computer Forensics and other IT law related topics. The deadline is September 7, 2006 if you're interested in signing up for this year. www.law.ed.ac.uk/distancelearning/ for more information.

I'm not sure the application deadline for other programmes however you could check Strathclyde University who offer an LL.M Information Technology and Telecommunications Law. Manchester also have an offering covering IT law.

Good luck with your studies.
