Do you know of a good LLM program to specialize in Arbitration (Alternative Dipsute Resolution) in US?

Dear,Sat Sep 09, 2006 05:19 AM I couldn't agree more with the previous post, but in case you are also looking for a well renowned university, I would suggest you to strongly consider COLUMBIA. Hans Smit and Berman are big shoots in the arbitration field. Best regards, Lenny |

Hi Lenny: Fri Oct 06, 2006 11:04 PM I am currently at Columbia and I confirm it's a good place to be if you want to focus your studies on International Arbitration. Some of Columbia's professors are very well-known in that field. Moreover Columbia has a lot of courses/seminars in international law and you have the possibility as an LLM student to be part of a journal that specializes in Arbitration/ international law - which is certainly a plus on your resume. Good luck. |
