Confirm!!! Dave did not lie. I and my friend also received the email with exactly the same content today. I think the email was relayed to me in the morning of 25 March in MA (I received it about 10 hours ago). FYI, we are in south east asia,

Dear all,

A Belgian friend of mine also received an admission offer to HLS. Just to confirm that HLS emails have seemingly been sent to Belgium as well.

Congratulations for all applicants admitted to HLS!

I have not yet received their e-mail but my Japanese friend received the e-mail March 25. I am crossing my fingers.

By the way, as far as I know, no one living in outside U.S. has received the acceptance from NYU. However, according to the application instruction of NYU, they will mail their decisions to the applicants by April 1. So, the deadline is approaching. Does anyone receive their decision form NYU? Is the decision mailed by e-mail?

I received an acceptance email from HLS last Friday, from Columbia and Chicago in February.

Has anyone heard from Yale or Stanford?

I do have another question for you guys... Is HLS a "must-go"? I have not yet decided myself and would appreciate your advice! Would you definitely go there if you were admitted?

Hello everyone,

For your info, all e-mail admissions to Harvard were sent last Friday. If you didn't hear anything, just call to make sure.

Kind Regards

To gcvc:

Hi,
I'm afraid the decisions regarding Yale and Stanford are over.

To go to HLS surely is not a "must be". Why go there even if you're admitted but would prefer to go to another one ?? You live only once...(I was admitted but won't go there).

If you're interested in international law for instance, Yale or Georgetown is much better. For IP, Stanford doesn't bear any comparison. For finance, Columbia is probably as good as Harvard.

If you want any info, do not hesitate to send me a private message.

I know choices are difficult to make...I also found it very difficult.

I agree with the last post; choosing a university solely for the name is selling yourself short. I was just accepted to Harvard, but will probably go to LSE or UCL in England because they're far less expensive and still very reputable.

Those who have called to HLS, could you pass me the telephone number you called?
I am calling to a number but there is a full answering machine.
Thanks

I also only got the answering machine... Well, I guess no mail means no acceptance. But I see that some people do not want to accept the offer, so maybe there is a chance in the second round!

Yale told me decisions would be made by late March OR early April. Stanford people said decision they'd decide by April 1st.

Btw, even if decisions were already made at this school, that doesn't necessarily mean anything. I learned from a colleague who's currently studying at a top 6 school that I was admitted but didn't receive a letter until three weeks later. So I guess we could still hope at least for Yale and Stanford, no?

Let's keep posting our results. This helps with calming down a little at this time of the year ... ;-)

I got in-ed at Harvard. And with the previous admission got from Columbia, I have encountered the same old dilemma: HLS or CLS? It seems wise to go for the former, in considering of the tuition and reputation disparity. But I heared CLS has the best LLM program with regard to business courses and job perspective. I need to send deposit in a couple of days if I choose to attend CLS. Can you guys give me more clue on the option? Thanks.

I received NYU's paper admission on 3/28.
It seams that they do not send E-mail notoce in advance.
I have been admitted to Chicago, Northwestern and NYU, and still pending on Harvard, Stanford and Berkeley.
However, I guess my changes to HLS and SLS are small, given that they have already made their decisions earlier this month.
Since I havn't heard from any one of them, I think I will take NYU's offer.
Good luck to all of you, and congra. to all the admitted ones.
