Which University is the best to choose from Aberdeen & Monash for an LLM in IP law taking into consideration the "Fresh Talent - Working in Scotland Scheme" wherein you are allowed to stay back and work for 2 years after completing your masters there. Any inputs in this regard would help me take a decision on which University's offer to accept.

Are you in Scotland or Australia now then? Always interesting to know the outcomes of these threads :)

Actually am in India now & have offers from both the universities for an LLM in Intellectual Property Law. Have decided to go to Aberdeen for sure. Would be applying for a Visa by the last week of November.

personal statement
Mon Nov 13, 2006 10:20 PM
hi everyone!I've got a question to those who apply or already study at aberdeen.namely, in the application form, in the part concerning personal statement it is mentioned that I should write about my aptitude for study and responsibilities (among other things of course). I'm not quite sure if I understand these statements: does aptitude for study mean that I should write about my academic achievements already? and what responsibilities stand for?my types of engagement into academic activities? thanks a lot for your help!!!
