Hello, I want to do an IP IT LLM but i do not know what school i can apply to with my level? How do i find out their criteria and what are my possibilities? And if i cannot try Columbia or Fordham for example, what other schools would you recommend, still good but less selective and that would still be known ouside of the USA? Thanks

You may take a look at Franklik Pierce or Cardozo Law School. I've heard Cardozo has an excellent program.
