Asset Protection / Estate Planning
Thu Nov 02, 2006 04:05 AM I am seeking to do an LLM in asset protection and estate planning. From my searches, I have found no university that offers such a specialised program. Does anyone out there know if any University (preferably US or UK, but I would be interested in any country that) offers such a program? LM |

Hello ElviraSat Nov 04, 2006 12:22 PM Thank you for that. It is good to know someone out there has read my blog!!! Unfortunately, I have not spoken German since early high school. I did have a sneak peak at the course and it said it was taught in German. Nevermind - thank you nevertheless. If you are also interested in the area - I did see that Colombia Law School has some courses in Wills, Estates and Trusts. Not solely focused on asset protection - but at least it is a start. University of Miami has the only full time LLM in Estate Planning in the country.
