hello, i just applied for a program which was changed. I wondered if it means that this is a new programe altogether, because the erasmus has to write to me and ask me to change my choice because the first choice had been discontinued. Does this mean that the new course is being tested on the new recruits or its just a change of the name of the course but still has the old history to back it up.

Dear prospective student,

Commercial Law is based on a Dutch programme we have been offering for many years. Subjects offered in this English taught programme are: Commercial Law, European Company and Labour Law, International and Uniform Commercial Law, Contract, Tort and Property in Europe, European Private International Law, Corporate Governance, Intellectual Property Law and a choice of EC Competition Law or Arbitration Law.
Business, Corporate and Maritime Law is based on Business and Trade Law, an LL.M. programme that has been succesfully running for quite some time now. For next academic year, new specialisations are being offered (such as Maritime Law) in this programme next to the existing curriculum. I hope this answers your question.

Kind regards,
Anette

thanks Anette, that does answer the question.
Is there a way of calling NUFFIC directly to ask about scholarships they can offer? I am trying to find a scholarship to finance my studies but i can't fit in most of them.
