I haven't got any interview call yet.... All I heard is that getting interview call pretty much means you are IN.

Hi rajat! Let me tell you that I have been following your posts for a while regarding the SPILS program at SLS. Did you apply last year? Could you tell us your experiences? Tue Mar 06, 2007 01:14 AM I copy now what I have posted in a different board regarding my application to the SPILS program. "Last week I was interviewed by two members of the selection committee; they were very nice. The conversation lasted around 15 minutes, regarding my prior experiences and also my expectations about the program. They requested me, if I had any, to make some questions regarding the program and SLS. During the conversation they told me that they will inform me about the application by email and also by regular mail. I agree that a phone interview doesn't mean that you are already selected; however, it might mean that you are within the short list; I don't know. At this time and since the interview I am very anxious. However, keep in mind that if you are not selected, this is not the end of the world. Best whishes to all of you and let's stay in touch." Even I got a call last evening from SPILS for an interview. It was a general talk about my background and interests. I enquired what interview meant to both of us. They said that the committee has made recommendations on various applicants and they are following up. However, it does not mean acceptance. Though, I think it is possible they have a shortlist of candidates. Thu Mar 08, 2007 07:02 AM Do anyone know if some have not got acceptance even after an interview?
