Have been admitted by these 3 and so far no information about the financial aid has been received (except Cornell, which states that it provides no financial assistance in its admission letter). In terms of location and ranking, I think Upenn is better than the other 2 (definitely NW and Cornell are among the top schools). But since I don't have enough information on the American law schools, it will be greatly appreciated that you can share your views on these schools, especially from those "insiders".

This is my standard reply to these inquiries, but I think it's a good one. What would you like to study? What's your special field of interest? These schools have their respective strengths and weaknesses. Find them out. Penn, for example, is one of the strongest criminal law faculties in the US. Northwestern is strong on business law areas. Cornell emphasizes comparative law. And so on and on.Sun Mar 25, 2007 10:20 AM General rankings should definitely be supplanted with these specialty concerns. |
