James Hathaway at Michigan, for example, is THE name in refugee law. Duke, on the other hand, is known as "The Harvard of the South". Whatever that means. It will be warmer at Duke. Michigan will be freeeeeezing. I don't think you can go wrong really but I would tend to go with Michigan.
