My application was complete Feb. 16 and I got an email saying I'd get a decision by April 1. I'm a domestic applicant. I called on Monday and they said they didn't know why a decision hadn't been made on me yet but the best they could tell me was that a decision would most likely be made this week and they'd send it ASAP. They told me my file was complete (again!) and no decision had been made or mailed. Said it should be made and mailed within 1 week. Urghh I can't stand this waiting!
