LLM in Alternative Dispute Resolution
Hi!Thu Apr 05, 2007 04:17 PM I'm pursuing graduation in Law from Mumbai. Alternative Dispute Resolution really interests me but I've most often come across the views that it's not very popular in India and not even offered in Indian Law universities. It would be great if anybody can please guide me regarding this. I would like to know if any universities in Asia offer an LLM in this stream. Looking forward to your replies... Luck! |
