I know both schools are good, however UIUC is ranked higher than CWRU and get more reputation in the job market, as I know. There is JSD degree program in the UIUC law school and I heard some ll.m. graduates are allowed to transfer to their JD program, which means you can have more options there. You know, it is not easy to get a job in the US with only LL.M. degree.
