which university offers the best Program in intellectual property the university of Turin or theuniversity of Munich?

personally i feel the program at munich is better
the other reason i do not know anyone who has taken the course at turin so i cannot comment on that

im not to sure of the summer program but i know who passed out last year and someone who is in the current year doin LLM and both of them have highly recommended the LLM course
