What is the reputation of the school like? Is it worth going for a course in their summer school? Thanks

Academy of European Law in Florence
It is my impression that the school it self has quite a good reputation. I attended a public international law conference a while ago with several ph.d-students form Florence, and they were all good. None recommended me to do an LLM there, though.
