The question is whether you can legally work in the US after graduation from USF beyond the one year work visa you will be able to secure when you graduate. Because you are a licensed attorney, you are eligible to take the Californai bar right now without any furher legal education in the US. You probably will be able to find a job somewhere once you pass the bar, but probably not in Biglaw.
