bar exam and employability
I'm taking the New York bar exam in a couple of weeks. I was wondering how this would affect my employability in NYC. LLM's seem to be treated like untouchables by law firms. How do I break through?

bar exam and employability
Do a search on this site - we have had lots of discussions about this.Sun Jul 01, 2007 04:11 PM In short, I don't think having a bar qualification makes you more employable (at least at the big firms). This is because the firms usually hire people before they have sat the bar and expect them to sit the bar either before or during work. |

I know a number of LLM students who landed great job offers in top law firms in NYC. |
