Tuitions & in-state resident
Tuitions & in-state residentSat Aug 11, 2007 05:18 PM I have the question regarding tuition & in-state resident: I used to work in the U.S. and paid the tax to the state government for more than three years, and went back to my home country for about one year afterward. I am wondering am I qualified to be an in-state resident for the cheaper tuitions if I get accepted to the LL.M. or what about JD program respectively in that state where I used to live? Unlikely, but it will depend on the state. Usually state schools are pretty strict. I am assuming you are not a permanent resident or citizen of the USA however.Tue Aug 14, 2007 03:22 AM Some schools will consider you an instate student if you are a research assistant for a prof or teaching assistant, however; check into that possibility to save yourself some $$$. |
