Is still Moglen the director? His lectures about internet law are an extraordinary opportunity to open your mind.
CSP is a great experience.
No doubt go for CSP if u have to make a decision.

Yes he is... I chose the internet law class and what you say relieves me because I had difficulty choosing between contracts or internet law. I thought contracts course was of a far too extensive course, a course that could not be covered in one month. So I thought well I'll buy the book and do the reading myself:) Which classes did you take?
My other two selectives are corporations and international bussiness transactions. Any comment on those classes will also be greatly appreciated..

Don't worry too much about choosing subjects. If u like u will be allowed to attend also classes u didn't select. U just won't have them on ur certificate of attendance.

Contract law will be held by Ed (Morrison), nice chap, tising :-) the class with his practical example. Follow his class it's really useful to have a general overview of us contract law. U will get terminology and case law main references and u will understand what CONSIDERATION is!

As for international transaction, it will be held by Alejandro Garro, a professor from argentina teaching at Columbia. He's definitely great. Clear, practical, but nonetheless with a deep knowledge of legislation and case law and extremly passionate in lecturing to the class.

Corporations wasn't among my selectives. Milhaupt should be still teaching. He seemed to me nice and competent, but, honestly, that subject wasn't my kind of stuff (Im an IP/IT lawyer) and I found it quite boring.
