i want to get admission in sweden,finland,norway ( free education countries) for the LL.M,session 2008/2009 and i have completed LL.B (2007) from pakistan and obtain 47.5% marks under annual base examination system.so i want some guidance that how much chances i have to get admission in aforesaid universities ????????

I cannot speak to your chances for admission to those countries, but you might want to consider that they may not be as cheap an option as you think. They provide no direct scholarships. Living expenses are extremely high in those countries and you will have to have a fair amount of money in advance in order to qualify for a visa in those respective countries to show that you can meet your expenses.

I want to guidance to study LLM Program in sweden, finland, norway. (Free education countries) in session 2008/2009. I have completed LLB From Nepal with 45% Marks under annual base examination system. so I want some guidance that how much chances I have to get admission in aforesaid universities. Note: Nepal is very poor country. I am also poor student. If I get chance to study, I am very keen to study LLM course in these country.

Just a friendly reminder: If you think that these countries will be a cheap option just because of no tuition, you should re-read Wade's post. My significant other just applied to the LLM in Norway, and though he does not come from a poor background he had a hard time showing the appropriate amount of money for living expenses required by Norwegian immigration to get a visa (approx NOK 90.000 or €11.000). Also there are hardly any scholarships available. Additionally, these countries are among the most expensive in the world to live in. Housing will cost you at least €400/month (if you are lucky and get cheap student housing). And everything else you need to buy is atrociously expensive compared to where I live. Examples: Dinner for one person at a CHEAP restaurant NOK 150 (€20). One bottle of coke at grocery store: NOK 15 (€2). One beer at a bar: NOK 50 (€6).

Sweden and Finland is a little bit cheaper, but not much.

That being said, you will save the cost of tuition, so if you can afford living in the Nordic countries you should definitely try to apply. I also think the Norwegian university has some exceptions for people from poor countries. Info is on their web page if you look around.
